Quintin L. Gildon Sr. is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of professional experience spanning military service, business ownership, and senior management. Serving in the United States Army from 1992 to 2000, he rose to the rank of Master Mechanic, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership while stationed at Ft. Jackson, SC, Ft. Sill, OK, HHB 326th Replacement Battalion, and Ft. Benning, GA. Following his military service, Quintin founded DaugSon Cleaning Service in Indianapolis, managing a team of up to 10 employees and delivering specialized commercial cleaning solutions, including deep cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning, for nearly a decade.

In the corporate sector, Quintin held roles at Epson Systems, overseeing shipping and receiving operations, and later at Home Depot, where he managed recycling operations for the Midwest as a 1st Shift Recycling Manager. Leading a team of 45-60 employees, he ensured strict compliance with recycling standards and coordinated logistics for trailer routes. Quintin furthered his passion for service by working with the non-profit Our Youth, Our Future from 2020 to 2023, teaching life skills to 6th graders. Currently, as CEO of Middle Sunn LLC, he provides essential services to the Veterans Administration and Department of Defense, embodying his lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and operational excellence.
